RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Personalized Orders:

All personalized orders will receive a proof before they are printed and shipped. Customers will approve all personalized orders prior to printing and shipping. If you are unsatisfied with the design proof you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund for that item. Once the design has been approved the item will be sent to print and there will be no refunds given.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 10 business days and we will replace the item. Photos of the damage will be required.

Refunds & Exchanges

PERSONALIZED ORDERS:
-NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON PERSONALIZED ORDERS.
-All orders will be pre-approved by the customer prior to production and shipping.

NON-PERSONALIZED ORDERS:
If you are unsatisfied with your non-personalized item in any way please contact us within 10 business days to receive authorization for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. After approval, you may return your item in exchange for store credit. 

RETURN SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

PROCESSING TIME:
All items are made-to-order. Most items will take 5-12 business days to process and produce. Canvas prints typically take 5-10 business days to produce and ship.

Personalized orders will be shipped after customer approval. A proof will be sent to the customer within 1-3 days from the day of purchase.

Due to the nature of the types of products that we sell items may arrive in multiple packages.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Intimates (including the following: bras, leggings, tights, socks and accessories)
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items
*Personalized items

SALE ITEMS:  (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. All sales will be final

GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
